Manawatu Digi Awards

I was chosen to represent GRi11 in the Manawatu Digi Awards on Monday night, our class entered a documentary about GRi11 we weren't able to win sadly but we came in the final four. Samuel Lohrey was chosen for the Supreme Award he got trophies and a blue Chromebook.

School Gala

On Sunday our school had a Gala their were tons of different stalls ranging from cultural food stalls to sweets and hot chips. Their were also lots of games like Horizontal bungee, Smash palace, Bouncy castles and Hot Rod car rides. Their was a Touch rugby tournament as well

My Holiday At Home

My Holiday At Home

In the Term 3 holidays I went to Foxton Beach with some friends we played tag in the dunes, then the tide was coming up so we had to move to the car park. I found a little hut and made it bigger.

It was my Mum and Nana's birthday so we went out to Grahams and The Verdict cafe and on Sunday we went to a Vietnamese Restaurant called Sai Gong.

Ricoh Tournament

On Friday week six our school competed in the Ricoh Tournament. The Ricoh Tournament involves six different schools competing in five different sports basketball, hockey, rugby, netball and soccer.
Each school tried their hardest to win, for College Street it was a tough battle but we came first in soccer, second in basketball, rugby, netball and hockey. After the Ricoh Tournament had finished we found out the results and College Street came out on top coming First Place.

Aussie Holiday

In the holidays I went to Australia to visit friends and family. We drove up to New South Wales straight away to visit my Nan and Pop. At my Nan and Pops I drove in our go-cart. We stayed there for six days then drove down to Melbourne City. We stayed at a friends house and went out for dinner every night to visit our old friends. We went with our cousins to a beach house in Sorrento for the weekend and we came back on Sunday night. We left to come home NZ on Tuesday morning at six am.
